According to a major influence in Transcendentalism, Ralph Waldo Emerson, humans do not fully accept nature’s beauty and all that it has to offer. People are easily distracted by the world around them, by such things as technology. Nature can be an escape, a place to get away. It is also a way to stay in touch with your spirituality, and give you a better understanding of who you are as a person.
Now a days people don't understand the importance and beauty of nature.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you when you say that humans don't really pay attention to all that nature has to offer. We're so caught up in our own lives that we forget to stop, take a deep breath, and look at all that's around us and appreciate it. I also agree with the way you said nature is a place to get away because that is exactly how i feel as well.
